Step 1: Initial Inspection:

There are many problems about our roof that we tend to ignore. Unless our roof starts leaking or splits up, we think our roof is perfectly passable. Our owner Mr. Paul Nicholas personally inspects your roof and provides roof restoration suggestions and costs according to your budget.

Step 2: Repair and Replace:

We deal in the restoration of all roof types;  tile roof restoration, metal roof restoration, and more. Depending on your budget, we can repair your roof to make it look like new. Our roof restoration service comes with a 10 year guarantee.

Step 3: Clean:

Modern roof restoration is designed to make your weathered roof look fresh again. After the roof restoration is completed, we also wash and rinse your roof and clean your gutters. Our roof restoration process helps you to get rid of moss, lichens, leaves and other dirt particles that get accumulated on your roof over time.

Step 4: Re-bedding and Re-pointing:

The roof restoration provided by us includes the re-bedding and re-pointing of all loose and misaligned caps, gables and valleys. We also change broken and cracked tiles.

Step 5: Clean & Prep:

Whether it is tile roof restoration or metal roof restoration, we air blow the roof to remove dirt and inspect the roof completely in preparation for coating.

Step 6: Primer/Sealer:

The roof is coated with acrylic primer to make it look smooth. This provides strong adhesion and fills up the porous holes in the tiles.

Step 7: Dulux 962 Roof Membrane or Cool-Roof Membrane:

A water based elastomeric high build coating for application to concrete roof tiles and metal roofs. 962 Roof Membrane provides ultimate protection, durability, colour retention and weather proofing. Two coats, each at least 4 times thicker than paint, are applied for complete protection. Dulux 962 roof membrane coating provides ultimate protection for tile roof restoration and metal roof restoration.

Step 8: Hand Painting & Clean Up:

We hand paint all gable ends to avoid any over spray. Once again, we clean your roof for any residue. We leave 6 spare clean and painted tiles with your for future use.

When restoring your roof Tile Bond Roofing will not substitute with an inferior coating. This is why we only use Dulux Acra Tex roof membranes.
